So, this is my first ‘blog’ I have ever done. I want to start a journey with myself to lose weight. I don’t want the world of Facebook to see and criticize my goals, so I settled to start something completely new like Tumblr. I am currently 175 and want to at least be 140 or below. I don’t even know where to start but my journey is just beginning.
